Hello, Thank you very much for the feedback that you left for us regarding the Stiletto shoe drawers. We are so very sorry that you were not satisfied with the quality and they were not as expected. We do have different options to return items back to us and as this is a small item we could use a pre paid Royal Mail label which would be £4.20 deducted from your refund. Or alternatively you can return back to us by arranging a courier. Then your refund would be in full. A 5 star rating for the value for money for this product. It looks great once it’s in your cupboard. Please read the instructions and advice given it’s important not to overbend. Much cheaper than competitors and we like the drawers which are so convenient. We’re still to build our second batch, which will hopefully be as good as the first one. Thank you.

Didn't fit in as perfectly as I hoped (my fault) and have ended up putting shoes on top of the boxes and they sink in and make opening the compartments a bit fiddly.

Very fiddly to put together and one box is slightly mis-shaped possibly due to my inexperience of how best to put the box together, Once done, they do show of hte shoes nicely.
